parking cost dated room
The location was decent for seeing the sights. It was near the theater.
I found the parking situation annoying. That was a nasty surprise. also, the room felt a bit dated. It needs some updating i think.

The room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable environment. I found the parking convenient, especially given the central location. The staff members were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast offered good choices and the restaurant facilities were clean and well maintained
The bar service was a little slow one evening, but it did not detract significantly from my overall experience.

my beautiful double room had a big tub. it also had dual rain-showers. breakfast included both a la carte options and a buffet selection. staff were kind, they were attentive.
the exterior needs a fresh coat of paint.

A Balanced Experience
large room great location flaking surface insecure fittings
The room was LARGE and well-equipped. The location opposite Royal Shakespeare Company on the river was GREAT!!!
The varnish surface on both of the bedside tables was flaking away. the shower fittings were not SECURE!!!

helpful staff well-equipped room broken bulb shoddy fitting
The staff at reception were very nice. I appreciated the room was large and well equipped.
I found several light bulbs were not working. Some of the light fittings looked shoddily filled.

friendly staff convenient car park complimentary drinks
I found the staff very friendly and eager to assist with any requests. The hotel has a car park, accessible from Chapel Street, offering convenience. I enjoyed the complimentary tea, coffee, and water in my room, a very welcome addition after a long journey.
I experienced a SLIGHT delay during check-out due to a minor issue with the bill printing.
